A single photo of you smiling, out with friends, or taking a walk can be taken out of context and used as “proof” that you’re not really injured. Even if you’re still in pain, struggling to sleep, or pushing through discomfort, insurers may argue that your posts show you’re fine and don’t deserve compensation.
